Ebani Tech experienced a temporary service disruption affecting multiple services, where users across regions encountered downtime and intermittent Bad Gateway / Timeout errors.
Following immediate investigation, the root cause was identified as an issue with our upstream service provider. The matter has been successfully addressed, and all impacted services have been fully restored within 30 minutes of the initial incident report.
We are actively monitoring platform performance to ensure continued stability. Additionally, corrective and preventive measures are being reinforced to further enhance system resilience and minimize the likelihood of similar occurrences in the future.
